The Broad Listing Broker's primary function is to place HUD's Listings on local Multiple Listing Systems (MLS). 

HUD homes will continue to be sold through any Licensed Real Estate Broker who wishes to participate in the program regardless of their affiliation or membership in MLS. 

Property Listings will be published on the Internet (Click here to go to the LISTINGS) as well as on the local MLS. 

You will still be able to access the HUD homes, as before, with the HUD key. 
Bidding will have to be performed electronically on the Internet at: 
LISTINGS and BID ANNOUNCEMENTS. 

Open House Reservations can be scheduled through the Broad Listing Broker.

The successful selling broker may receive a sales commission of up to 5% of the sales price of the property. 

If you are a HUD Approved Broker, you will not need to re-register for Electronic Bidding. 

If you are not a HUD Approved Broker yet, you can register by completing a SAMS 1111 form that you can download from our website at:
